accesso Launches Agentic AI Tools for Attraction Operators

London – September 22, 2026 -- accesso Technology Group plc (AIM: ACSO) has introduced agentic AI capabilities within its accesso Intelligence platform, allowing visitor attraction operators to convert conversational queries into automated, recurring analytical workflows.

New agentic tools automate monitoring, forecasting and reporting across attraction operations

The update adds three connected capabilities: agentic skills for multi-step performance monitoring and issue detection; agentic automations that schedule or trigger analyses and result distribution; and agentic reporting and forecasting that builds custom, adaptive reports rather than static daily outputs.

accesso Intelligence is designed for attraction operators managing fragmented data across ticketing, memberships, food and beverage, retail, parking and other systems. The platform combines this operational data with external context in a single interface, replacing the need for multiple disconnected data and AI tools.

Operators can now delegate ongoing analysis instead of running one-off queries

Angie Judge, Chief Data and Intelligence Officer at accesso, said the shift moves teams from asking one-time questions to delegating ongoing analytical work to the platform, freeing staff to focus on decisions requiring human judgement.

In a practical example cited by the company, an operator could ask the platform to compare weekly visitation and revenue against plan, investigate variances and assess whether reforecasting is needed. That single conversation can then become a repeatable workflow that continuously monitors results and delivers recommendations to relevant stakeholders.

Capabilities are live now as accesso exhibits at IAAPA Expo Europe

The new agentic functions are available immediately within accesso Intelligence. accesso is presenting the platform at Booth S2123 during IAAPA Expo Europe, running September 22–24 at ExCeL London, where visitors can request a complimentary personalised visitor-experience report.

accesso's broader ecosystem, including ticketing, virtual queuing, point-of-sale and decision intelligence tools, serves more than 1,100 venues globally.
