AITO Targets Autumn 2027 European Entry, Shows Platform in Paris

Paris – October 14, 2026 -- AITO, the luxury mobility brand of SERES Group, plans to enter the European market in autumn 2027, using the 2026 Paris Motor Show to present the platform and factory capabilities behind its push.

SERES MF Platform covers battery-electric, range-extender and plug-in hybrid drives

The SERES MF Platform is AITO's core vehicle technology architecture. It combines diverse powertrains, intelligent safety, an intelligent chassis, an intelligent central hub, cabin and ADAS integration, and intelligent services. The powertrain range spans BEV, REEV and PHEV configurations, so one architecture can serve different powertrain needs.

SERES Super Factory runs more than 3,000 robots across nine manufacturing processes

The SERES Super Factory turns the platform into production. It has 100% automation across key processes and uses 10,000-ton-class integrated die-casting, which AITO says improves structural integrity, body rigidity and safety.

The factory's Industrial Brain links more than 300 supply chain partners, connecting information, logistics and technology flows. Automated inspection and AI-powered visual monitoring run throughout production, and each vehicle carries its own digital record for traceability.

Brand Finance ranks AITO among the Top 10 global luxury automotive brands

Brand Finance's Automobiles 100 2026 ranking, released in April 2026, placed AITO in the global Top 10 luxury automotive brands by brand value. It was the only Chinese brand on the list and ranked first among Chinese luxury automotive brands.

In China, the AITO 9 achieved the highest overall score in the C-NCAP assessment. J.D. Power's 2026 China New Energy Vehicle Initial Quality Study ranked it first in the luxury plug-in hybrid SUV segment. A separate J.D. Power brand Net Promoter Score study ranked AITO first among new energy luxury brands for customer advocacy.

Fleet data shows 40 billion kilometres driven and 1.2 million customers

More than 1.2 million customers have chosen AITO. Its vehicles have collectively travelled more than 40 billion kilometres, 71% of it on electric power. Intelligent driver assistance systems have accumulated over 10 billion kilometres, and in a single month 40% of driving mileage was completed with driver assistance.

Global suppliers and a local service network prepare the European rollout

AITO works with international suppliers on power batteries, thermal management systems, high-performance tyres, chassis and steering systems, and passive safety systems. It is also developing a localised service system covering intelligent diagnosis, mobility services, local spare parts supply and local customer service teams.
