Aldrich Capital Partners Invests in TempusDirect Claims Platform

McLean, Va. – October 29, 2026 -- Aldrich Capital Partners (ACP) has made a strategic investment in TempusDirect, a provider of third-party claims cost containment solutions for the U.S. property and casualty (P&C) insurance industry, as the company enters its second decade.

TempusDirect earmarks funds for product, client services and business development

The Tempe, Arizona-based company, founded in 2016, plans to invest in product development, client services and business development. It will also advance automation and technology-driven efficiencies across its three-solution suite.

Three solutions cover the third-party claims lifecycle

The bill validation and benchmarking solution uses proprietary claims data to evaluate medical charges and set defensible benchmarks for attorney-represented claims. The direct provider negotiation solution resolves medical bills for unrepresented claimants through direct engagement with healthcare providers. The demand package review solution gives carriers a data-driven assessment of medical expenses presented in attorney-represented claims at the demand stage.

The platform draws on a proprietary database of historical claims data across multiple insurance carriers.

ACP plans to deploy its AI team on the TempusDirect platform

Raz Zia, Managing Partner at ACP, said customers and industry experts consistently pointed to the "clear, demonstrable return" TempusDirect delivers. He said ACP intends to expand the platform's capabilities, have its AI team deploy more advanced capabilities for clients and serve a broader set of customers.

Greg Gaughan, CEO and co-founder, said the partnership provides resources to accelerate innovation and expand capabilities for carrier partners. COO and co-founder Josh Dickerson said growing carrier demand requires added capacity, with speed and accuracy remaining the priorities.
