ALTOUR Unveils ALTOUR iQ AI Platform, Wider Rollout Set for Q1 2027

New York – October 16, 2026 -- Corporate travel manager ALTOUR has unveiled ALTOUR iQ, an in-house conversational AI platform that lets travel managers query program data in plain language, with broader market availability planned for Q1 2027.

The platform is in a phased commercial rollout following its debut at Business Travel Show America 2026. ALTOUR iQ was an Innovation Faceoff finalist at the show. Haley Rossow, ALTOUR's Senior Director of Global Business Intelligence, presented it on October 14 in New York.

ALTOUR iQ replaces dashboards with predictive and scenario analysis

ALTOUR says the tool moves beyond conventional dashboards and historical reporting. It delivers predictive insights, scenario analysis and actionable intelligence in seconds. Users no longer have to work through complex reports or fragmented data.

The platform is built around four functions:

  • Know: immediate visibility into program performance, spending patterns and emerging opportunities.
  • Understand: identifying the drivers of costs, traveler behavior and program outcomes.
  • Anticipate: forecasting trends, flagging emerging risks and evaluating potential financial impacts.
  • Challenge: testing assumptions and alternative strategies to find the actions with the greatest business value.
Rossow says one conversation can take a manager from savings question to forecast test

Rossow said a travel manager can ask where savings opportunities are concentrated, explore what is driving them and test how different actions could affect the forecast, all within the same conversation. Insights that could otherwise take hours of searching and analysis arrive in seconds, she said.

ALTOUR targets budget, supplier and executive-level discussions

ALTOUR says linking program activity to its drivers and likely outcomes supports conversations with leadership about budget priorities, supplier strategy and the contribution of travel and meetings investments to organizational goals.

ALTOUR President Gabe Rizzi said the platform "goes beyond showing what happened to help them understand why," and where to focus before costs or risks escalate.
