Amber Premium Rebrands as AMBR, Launches AI Agents Ambre and MIA

Singapore – September 04, 2026 -- Nasdaq-listed Amber International Holding Limited (Nasdaq: AMBR) has rebranded from Amber Premium to AMBR, repositioning itself as an agentic AI company building specialized agents for finance, enterprise, and growth.

AMBR launches its flagship personal finance agent, Ambre, and marketing agent MIA

The Company unveiled Ambre, an AI agent for personal finance, alongside MIA, a marketing AI agent now available directly to enterprise clients. Ambre lets users query financial holdings in natural language, generating insights tied to their actual portfolios and turning stated objectives into ongoing monitoring tasks across accounts and asset classes.

MIA has executed more than 1,250 automated workflows, cutting turnaround times by 85%

MIA was developed and commercially tested inside AMBR's wholly-owned marketing units, iClick and CMRS, before its enterprise rollout. Within four months of deployment, the agent ran over 1,250 automated workflows and reduced turnaround times by an average of 85%, according to the Company. MIA links market intelligence, content production, and distribution into a single workflow, monitoring brands, competitors, social channels, news, and AI search results.

Founder Michael Wu cites nearly a decade of market experience behind the pivot

AMBR is led by the team that founded Amber AI in 2017, which later became Amber Group. "I have spent my career at the intersection of technology and financial markets... That experience showed me the gap between intelligence and real-world consequences, and that is what our agents are built for," said Michael Wu, Founder and CEO of AMBR.

Ambre rolls out by invitation, with existing Amber Premium clients given first access

Ambre is currently available by invitation only, with verified clients of the former Amber Premium brand receiving priority access; other interested users can join a waitlist. AMBR said it expects to introduce additional specialized agents later in 2026, expanding its portfolio beyond finance and marketing into other high-stakes domains where it says expertise, precision, and trust are critical.
