American Hartford Gold Acquires Rosland Capital's Assets

Los Angeles – October 06, 2026 -- American Hartford Gold (AHG), the nation's largest retailer of physical gold and silver, has acquired the assets of Rosland Capital, extending its reach to a broader base of U.S. clients seeking precious metals and Gold IRA services.

AHG expands scale after delivering more than $4 billion in precious metals

American Hartford Gold has delivered over $4 billion in gold and silver to tens of thousands of clients nationwide. The Rosland Capital acquisition adds to that footprint, with AHG citing expanded fulfillment capacity, new office locations, and specialist training to absorb the additional client base.

"Acquiring Rosland Capital's assets is a major step forward in our expansion and a clear expression of our confidence in the future of this industry," said Sanford Mann, CEO of American Hartford Gold. The company said it intends to keep setting the standard for client service in the sector.

Rosland Capital clients gain access to AHG's IRA and buyback services

Former Rosland Capital clients will now have access to AHG's selection of physical gold and silver, Gold IRA education, and personalized guidance from precious metals specialists. AHG also offers a buyback commitment with no back-end fees and has set up a dedicated service line, 866-767-3916, for transitioning clients.

Max Baecker, President of American Hartford Gold, said the company understands that clients are trusting it with decisions affecting their savings and retirement, and that it aims to provide the experience and capacity to support them directly.

CFO frames deal as disciplined growth, not liability assumption

Robert Leff, CFO of American Hartford Gold, said the scale of the acquisition reflects the company's disciplined approach to growth and its focus on an orderly client transition. American Hartford Gold confirmed it will not assume liability for any obligations of Rosland Capital as part of the transaction.

AHG holds an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau and has been recognized on the Inc. 5000 list of America's fastest-growing private companies.
