AZZ Publishes Sixth Annual Sustainability Report

FORT WORTH, Texas – November 07, 2026 -- AZZ Inc. (NYSE: AZZ), a provider of hot-dip galvanizing and coil coating solutions, has released its 2026 Sustainability Report, its sixth consecutive annual edition.

Newsweek named the company one of America's Most Responsible Companies for the fourth consecutive year in 2026. USA Today also listed AZZ among America's 2026 Climate Leaders.

AZZ ties ESG principles to daily operations and long-term strategy

President and CEO Tom Ferguson said the report reflects the company's effort to integrate environmental, social and governance principles into daily operations, corporate culture and long-term strategy. He said it documents progress and ongoing efforts to create value for shareholders, customers, employees and communities.

Ferguson linked the report to the company's history, which dates to 1956. He said AZZ intends to build on that legacy and create opportunities for future generations of employees and their families.

Cost and demand risks remain in AZZ's forward-looking disclosures

The company's safe harbor statement lists risks to its operations, including shifts in customer demand across construction, infrastructure, transportation, HVAC and appliance, container and metal coatings end markets. It also flags inflationary increases in labor, component and raw material costs, particularly zinc and natural gas for hot-dip galvanizing and paint for coil coating.

AZZ also cites supply chain vendor delays, delays in acquisition opportunities, and higher debt leverage or interest rates. A significant portion of its debt is tied to variable interest rates. Tariffs and political or economic instability in the United States or Canada are listed as further risk factors.

Further risk detail appears in Part I, Item 1A of AZZ's Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended February 28, 2026.
