B2Gnow Launches Login-Free Public Dashboards for Contracting Programs

Phoenix – October 13, 2026 -- B2Gnow has released its Public Dashboards module, which lets public agencies, certifiers and general contractors publish program reports on an agency portal without requiring stakeholders to log in.

The module bundles prebuilt reports that use B2Gnow's Power Analytics, which is powered by Microsoft Power BI. The vendor says the reports are meant to cut the volume of staff inquiries by giving stakeholders direct, self-service access to program data.

Reports cover certification status and graduation tracking on infrastructure projects

The dashboards draw on infrastructure project program data. Examples include construction firm graduation statuses and project goal tracking, which public agencies, certified vendors and prime contractors use to complete work on public infrastructure projects.

Vendors awaiting a certification decision can check their position in the application process without emailing or calling the agency. Prime contractors can look up a subcontractor's graduation status before making participation decisions. The public can also see how local agencies spend tax dollars in the community.

B2Gnow says the module shifts agency staff from manual inquiries to compliance oversight

John Garay, B2Gnow's Vice President of Product, said the bundled reports give stakeholders immediate, secure answers on application and graduation status, freeing agency staff to focus on compliance oversight.

B2Gnow lists the following capabilities:

  • 24/7 self-service access to published reports and dashboards, including application and certification status reports.
  • Fewer incoming vendor phone calls and emails.
  • Data security through embedded Power Analytics controls and CAPTCHA protection.
  • Customizable reporting metrics and viewer permissions, so agencies can showcase program impact and community achievements.
  • Automatic metric calculation, which removes manual math errors.

External stakeholders get status information without sign-in credentials for agency internal systems. The launch responds to growing pressure on public contracting and compliance programs to increase transparency and modernize operations.
