Berlin – September 08, 2026 -- BLUETTI unveiled the Pioneer 5000, a professional-grade electric generator delivering 5 kW of continuous output and 18 kW peak power, marking the company's entry into emission-free jobsite power supply.
Battery capacity scales from 5.12 kWh to 35 kWh for extended off-grid runtime
The unit's LiFePO4 battery pack starts at 5.12 kWh and can be expanded up to 35 kWh, enabling sustained operation of high-draw equipment such as drills, cutting saws, air compressors and water pumps without grid access.
IP65 and IK10 ratings target rain, dust and rough terrain conditions
The Pioneer 5000 is built to operate across a temperature range of -20°C to 55°C, paired with a reinforced frame and off-road wheels for construction and industrial deployment.
Noise output stays at or below 50 dB, eliminating fuel and combustion maintenance
Unlike conventional fuel generators, the unit produces zero exhaust emissions and requires no refueling or engine servicing, allowing use indoors, at night, or in noise-restricted sites.
AC fast charging restores 5% to 80% capacity within 60 minutes
The generator supports multiple charging inputs, including solar PV, vehicle charging and a connected fuel generator, giving operators flexibility across job conditions.
Integrated DO interface automates start-stop control of backup fuel generators
This function activates a connected fuel generator only when needed, reducing fuel consumption, engine wear and maintenance costs during extended off-grid operation.
10 ms UPS switching and optional 4G connectivity enable remote fleet management
The system combines professional power outlets with uninterruptible power supply switching, alongside remote monitoring, output control, location tracking and theft protection when 4G connectivity is enabled.
BLUETTI will showcase the Pioneer 5000 at IFA Berlin 2026, running September 4-8 at Hall 2.2, Stand 176, Messe Berlin.
