Bringin Launches Euro Business Accounts for Self-Custodial Bitcoin

Tallinn, Estonia – October 06, 2026 -- Bringin has opened an invite-only beta of euro business accounts that allow companies to hold, accept and pay in Bitcoin and stablecoins while retaining full owner control of their coins. The accounts run SEPA payments from a virtual IBAN issued in the company's own name, extending a consumer platform that has already processed more than €15 million.

Fifteen businesses already test cross-border Bitcoin payments in the beta

The beta includes 15 companies spanning Lightning payment tool providers, mining-rig sellers and Bitcoin conference organizers, all using the service for cross-border payments and instant Bitcoin-to-euro conversion. Bringin for Business is available to companies across 30 European countries.

Private keys stay inside a hardware-isolated secure enclave

Each company's Bitcoin private keys are generated inside a hardware-isolated secure enclave, and Bringin states it never has access to the raw key. A key can sign a payment only inside the enclave and only after a designated company owner authenticates, a structure designed to address the custody and governance gaps that have kept many firms from holding Bitcoin on their balance sheets.

Bank restrictions and Travel Rule paperwork have blocked business adoption

European companies seeking Bitcoin's instant settlement, global reach and lower transaction costs have faced bank account restrictions, blocked transfers, and euro-conversion friction that fragments records across disconnected tools. Travel Rule compliance requirements have turned routine payments into manual paperwork, limiting Bitcoin's use as a working treasury and payments currency despite rising corporate interest.

Bringin combines banking, custody and payments in a single account

The platform lets companies add Bitcoin to treasury holdings, accept Bitcoin, Lightning or stablecoin payments, and pay suppliers and payroll directly in Bitcoin. Euro accounts and the company's Bitcoin wallet operate together under one governance structure, with integrations for accounting and tax reporting tools and APIs designed to automate routine finance operations using AI agents.

Infrastructure runs on MiCA-authorized rails from Lightspark Payments Europe

Bringin for Business is built on the MiCA-authorized infrastructure of Lightspark Payments Europe AS, giving the service a regulatory basis to operate across the European Union. Additional global payment rails beyond SEPA are planned.

"Companies that use Bitcoin still struggle to get a euro account and move seamlessly between them," said Prashanth Chandrashekar, founder and CEO of Bringin. "We built Bringin to solve that, now companies can get paid, hold value and move money globally, with accounts designed around self-custody and a smooth payment experience."

Businesses can request an invite to the beta through Bringin's business application channel.
