Dubai – September 15, 2026 -- Bybit, the world's second-largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume, has officially launched Bybit AI, a conversational assistant that consolidates trading, account management and customer support into a single chat interface within its app.
Bybit AI lets users execute trades and manage accounts through natural-language commands
The assistant interprets user requests and carries out the corresponding action directly, covering Spot, Futures and Options trading, Bybit Earn, Copy Trading, Trading Bot, Loan, P2P, Bybit Card, Spot X, the Rewards Hub, and notification and subscription management.
CEO Ben Zhou calls the tool a core piece of Bybit's financial platform roadmap
"Bybit AI is a key part of our roadmap for the new financial platform," said Ben Zhou, Co-founder and CEO of Bybit. "You tell Bybit AI what you want to do, and it helps you find the right products and services to get there. It's like having a team of financial experts at your fingertips."
CTO Rockman Zhang says the goal is one interface, not another dashboard
Rockman Zhang, CTO at Bybit, said the company is not building an additional dashboard or chatbot layer, but rather a single interface that lets users find what they need and complete tasks in one place.
Bybit plans to link trading, yield products, loans, card and support via Open API
The company outlined a roadmap to federate its services through an Open API, connecting trading, yield products, lending, its card offering and customer support into a more integrated experience over time.
A dedicated sub-account isolates AI activity from users' main balances
To activate Bybit AI, eligible users must first enable the feature, which creates a separate Bybit AI sub-account. This sub-account is isolated from the user's main balance to limit AI-related risk, while allowing instant onboarding without API keys or manual setup.
Customer support now combines AI response speed with human oversight
Bybit AI works alongside human support staff, embedding faster, AI-driven responses into the existing customer service workflow rather than replacing it.
Ben Zhou will demonstrate the assistant live on September 9, 2026 at 8:00 UTC
Bybit scheduled a livestream demonstration of Bybit AI in action, with registration made available through the company's channels ahead of the event.
