North Little Rock – October 14, 2026 -- Caliber Public Safety has launched Caliber OneView, an add-on for Caliber Online RMS that lets officers search and cross-reference agency records with plain-English questions, cutting tasks such as monthly command reports from up to a week to an instant, built-in process.
OneView replaces separate screen searches with a single cross-referenced query
Law enforcement users currently search separate screens for people, vehicles, citations and incidents. OneView runs that cross-referencing automatically. An officer can, for example, find a subject using a physical description plus a pre-set tag such as a firearm on file, narrowing thousands of records and surfacing links between people, vehicles and addresses.
Voice commands and concept tags target patrol, analyst and command workflows
Patrol officers and investigators can follow leads hands-free from the cruiser by voice command and receive a one-page summary of linked addresses, vehicles and known associates. Supervisors and analysts can search by concept tags, such as domestic violence or burglaries, to identify repeat subjects and hot addresses without reading each report narrative.
Command staff can view department-wide statistics, including calls for service and citations issued by unit or officer, to inform deployment decisions.
Security controls keep access limited and every search logged
OneView respects each user's existing RMS security level, so personnel see only authorized information. Every search is logged, giving administrators full visibility, and agency data stays in the agency's own secure cloud environment.
Matt Watson, Vice President of Research & Development at Caliber, said officers and command staff are stretched thin and should not have to act as data miners, adding that the tool performs the cross-referencing for them.
