CarePatrol Enters Nevada as State Permits Senior Placement Services

LAS VEGAS – October 28, 2026 -- CarePatrol, a Best Life Brands company, can now offer senior care advisory services in Nevada, where placement services became permitted for the first time.

Governor's office honors Henderson franchisee at 2026 conference

Liz Gabrielle Payumo, Southern Outreach Coordinator for the Nevada Governor's Office, welcomed CarePatrol to the state on the opening night of its annual conference in Las Vegas on October 1-2. She presented Michelle Kiel, owner of CarePatrol of Clark County East - Henderson, with a certificate of recognition from Governor Joe Lombardo's office.

Payumo cited the organization's more than 30 years of helping families with senior care decisions.

Advisors cover five care categories for older adults

CarePatrol advisors guide families through assisted living, memory care, independent living, respite care and in-home care. They evaluate options against each family's needs, preferences and circumstances, drawing on local market knowledge.

Kiel has already helped one local family through the process. Brand President Keith Kuhn said CarePatrol plans to build on that momentum across the state.

Franchise model supplies technology, training and national infrastructure

CarePatrol's model lets franchisees operate as local senior care resources while using the infrastructure, technology, training and support of an established national system. The company reports more than 230 territories sold across 43 states and Canada, and its services are free to families.

The Las Vegas conference brought together franchise owners and brand leadership from across the country for education, networking and recognition.
