Washington – September 15, 2026 -- Casepoint introduced Casepoint IQ, a single intelligence framework unifying agentic, predictive, and assistive AI across its eDiscovery, legal hold, FOIA, investigations, and compliance platform.
Casepoint IQ merges four AI capabilities into one governed layer
The framework combines semi- and full-autonomous agentic AI, assistive AI, CaseAssist machine learning and predictive coding, and Casepoint Model Context Protocol (MCP) Server enablement. Customers can add new agentic capabilities within the same platform they already use, avoiding separate point solutions, tools, credentials, or governance models.
The platform runs on FedRAMP High and DOD Impact Level 5 and 6 infrastructure
Because Casepoint IQ operates on Casepoint's existing credentialed infrastructure, adding agentic workflows does not trigger a new vendor risk assessment, a separate security review, or new credentials to manage. Organizations can also connect external models or systems through Casepoint's MCP support.
Human-in-the-loop governance keeps every AI decision traceable
All AI-driven decisions are permissions-aware, logged, and traceable to source, according to the company. Agentic workflows can operate alongside other assistive AI tools without changing systems or affecting existing security and governance controls.
