CassTime Launches AI 'T+D Solution' for Overseas Auto Parts Trade

LAS VEGAS – November 07, 2026 -- CassTime has launched an AI-driven "T+D Solution" that combines digital parts trade with localized repair services. The system is already operating in Saudi Arabia, where its partner's Tamam platform handles business for nearly half of the country's insurance companies.

Li Li, CEO of International Business at CassTime, presented the offering at the 2026 CassTime Partner Conference. The announcement follows AAPEX 2026 in Las Vegas, which drew more than 45,000 professionals from 128 countries and regions and over 2,500 exhibitors.

Four bottlenecks constrain repair networks across regions

Li Li identified four shared problems: data matching, supply stability, quotation and delivery efficiency, and local repair capability. Rising vehicle model counts and shorter refresh cycles aggravate each of them. Regional conditions differ: the Middle East has many new models and a growing number of supply channels, Brazil has a complex channel and market-access system, Central Asia's supply channels are being restructured, and North America has mature certification and channel requirements for branded parts.

CassChoice handles quoting for more than 10,000 SKUs in seconds

The "T" in T+D stands for Digital Trade, delivered through the CassChoice platform. In traditional procurement, a customer submitting demand for hundreds of thousands of SKUs faces manual order splitting, separate supplier inquiries, quote consolidation and batch delivery. CassChoice automates demand breakdown, batch quotations, order tracking and reporting.

CassTime says its overseas platform holds more than 5 million SKUs, with particularly complete data for Chinese-brand vehicles, and can generate quotes in seconds for more than 10,000 SKUs. On the supply side, the platform links factories, brands and distributors with overseas customers for sourcing, procurement and local delivery.

PartGrid adds three AI agents for parts, repair and insurance

The "D" stands for an intelligent localized service platform, PartGrid. It integrates CassTime's VIN decoding system to reduce parts-matching errors, uses AI for multilingual communication, and connects with local users through formats such as a WhatsApp chatbot, aimed at small repair businesses.

PartGrid provides three AI agents:

  • An AI Repair Master, which transfers accumulated repair data and cases to local markets, especially for Chinese vehicle models.
  • An insurance claims assessment agent, which combines real-time fault analysis, parts matching information and labor-hour estimates.
  • An AI Seller, which provides quotations around the clock.

Together they form a "parts + repair + insurance" loop.

Li Li said CassTime's edge is its coverage of parts data, VIN decoding and repair cases for Chinese-brand vehicles, which it calls the industry's most complete. The company intends to carry China-proven parts supply and repair experience wherever those vehicles are sold.

Saudi deployment starts with claims and targets three expansion paths

CassTime's Saudi partner is a Middle East technology company that manages insurance business. Cooperation began online in claims scenarios. PartGrid connects local car owners, workshops and the supply chain for digital tracking, while CassChoice connects supply across the parts value chain.

The partners plan three expansion directions: extending from claims to broader end-user demand, adding local suppliers as workshop adoption and volumes grow, and connecting upstream factories, brands and distributors.

CassTime reports advanced implementation in the Middle East and is extending the model to Central Asia, South America and other regions.
