The company joins 100 honorees across entertainment, biotech, consumer packaged goods, marketing, education, and healthcare, alongside names such as Anthropic, Chipotle, and American Express. Fast Company editors scored applicants on innovation investment, internal programs, and culture before a judging panel selected final winners.
Caylent built its AI delivery framework years before generative AI became mainstream
Caylent's engineers identified schema conversion, dependency mapping, and code translation as repetitive bottlenecks in cloud delivery, a insight that became the foundation for Caylent Accelerate, its proprietary agentic delivery framework built on Amazon Bedrock. Caylent rolled out Claude Enterprise, including Claude Code, company-wide, backed by office hours, a dedicated Slack community, and a free AI fluency course. The rollout is reinforced by EVO, an internal AI platform built around a proprietary Global Context Manager that lets employees semantically search across Salesforce, Jira, Slack, Notion, Google Drive, GitHub, and AWS documentation simultaneously. A separate internal product studio, the Builders team within the CTO organization, ships new tools nearly every week based on employee feedback.
