Century Lithium Sets AGM for 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time on Nov. 25

Vancouver – November 07, 2026 -- Century Lithium Corp. (TSXV: LCE) corrected the time reference for its Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, November 25, 2026, which will start at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time, not the "Pacific Standard Time" stated in the meeting notice.

British Columbia's end of seasonal clock changes drives the correction

The Notice of Meeting and Management Information Circular, dated October 26, 2026, lists the start as 10:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time. Century Lithium said British Columbia no longer follows seasonal time changes, so the meeting runs on Pacific Time.

The company gave conversions for investors in other cities: 12:00 p.m. (noon) Eastern Standard Time in Toronto and New York, and 9:00 a.m. PST in Seattle, San Francisco and Los Angeles.

Proxy forms must reach Computershare before the meeting

Completed proxy forms must be deposited at the office of Computershare Investor Services Inc. prior to the Meeting. Shareholders who have already voted need not act again.

All other information in the Meeting Materials is unchanged, including the record date and the matters to be considered.

Angel Island remains in permitting

Century Lithium holds 100% of the Angel Island lithium project in Esmeralda County, Nevada, which it describes as one of the largest known sedimentary lithium deposits in the United States. The project is designed for on-site production of battery-grade lithium carbonate using a patent-pending process that combines hydrochloric acid leaching with direct lithium extraction. The integrated chlor-alkali process would yield sodium hydroxide as a co-product, and planned surplus sales are expected to lower operating costs. The company is advancing the project through permitting.

The Meeting Materials are available under the company's SEDAR+ profile and on its website.
