COLUMBUS, Ohio – November 03, 2026 -- Clarivoy, an independent automotive attribution and customer intelligence platform, has launched a fully rebuilt version of its product that includes an AI data analyst, Claire, at no additional cost. General availability began November 2, 2026, and all existing Clarivoy Multi-Touch Attribution customers have already been migrated.
Claire returns marketing answers within seconds
Claire is built into the platform and works from the reports dealers already use. Built-in prompts identify the highest- and lowest-ROI channels and vendors, flag unusual spend and call out month-over-month swings. Dealers can also ask about channels, ROAS, lead vendors, paid search, marketplaces, TV and streaming, or cost per sale, with no queries to write or prompts to engineer.
MCP Connector links Clarivoy data to ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini
The new Clarivoy MCP Connector gives a dealer's own AI tools and agents, including ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, a secure connection to Clarivoy data. A dealer can ask which lead sources drove used truck sales last month and receive the answer without exports or uploads. A companion API offers the same access to dealer groups, agencies and OEM partners for their reporting and BI tools.
CEO and founder Steve White said many AI tools used for marketing analysis come from companies that also sell advertising. Clarivoy does not sell media, so its attribution data is independent of any channel or vendor.
Customer Journey Replay maps every touchpoint to a sale
Customer Journey Replay shows every touchpoint leading to a sale in one view, filtered by make, model or year. A new Search Terms Report shows the search terms behind attributed vehicle sales rather than clicks or impressions.
The platform is fully optimized for mobile with no app required. It also adds a redesigned interface, near-instant load times, automated report delivery and group reporting across every rooftop in one view.
Johnson Automotive tested the platform before launch
Johnson Automotive was among a select group of dealers given early access. Marketing Director Erick Kirks said the Customer Journey Replay Report shows sales managers how much shopping activity occurs before the dealership engages a shopper.
Chief Technology and Product Officer Yuriy Demidko said the rebuild centers on the idea that "answers should come to you."
