Punta Cana – October 14, 2026 -- CLERHP, the Spanish engineering and real estate group listed on BME Growth, projects $784 million in revenue, $252 million in EBITDA and $162 million in net income over 2026–28 under a new business plan, and will start paying dividends in 2027.
The Board of Directors approved the plan on September 30. It formalizes CLERHP's shift from an engineering-focused company into a vertically integrated group spanning the real estate value chain. The Dominican Republic becomes the group's primary strategic market.
Larimar City sales reach $400 million, about half of three-year revenue target
The Larimar City & Resort development in Punta Cana has booked $400 million in sales, roughly 50% of projected 2026–28 revenue. The project is designed as a destination city combining housing, infrastructure, commercial space, leisure and services.
CLERHP has secured $56 million in financing for the project, including $22 million in bonds and $33 million in private debt. The company reports a cash position of $13 million.
Real estate development to supply $224 million of projected $252 million EBITDA
Real estate development activities carry most of the profit forecast. The plan introduces a dividend policy in 2027 that allocates 25% of profits to shareholders, a share the company intends to maintain in later fiscal years.
CLERHP defines five business lines and plans services beyond construction
The plan covers engineering, structural construction, project management, real estate development and integrated services. CLERHP intends to strengthen its technical capabilities and offer services, including integrated project management, to third parties. It also plans new real estate projects through partnerships and joint ventures.
Services tied to operating Larimar City, such as maintenance, supplies, equipment and rental management, will be introduced gradually. The group also plans other in-house and third-party developments, including Marelago.
Capital markets push continues after Latinex progress in Panama
CLERHP says it will keep building its capital markets presence. Following its progress with Latinex in Panama, the company's future objectives include access to BME's main market. The group entered the Dominican Republic five years ago.
