Palo Alto, Calif. – September 15, 2026 -- CogniCor, an intelligence and orchestration platform for registered investment advisors, has expanded its Advisory Board with six new industry figures to accelerate its push into firm-wide AI adoption across wealth management.
Beacon Pointe co-founder joins board overseeing $62 billion RIA
Shannon Eusey, Chairman and Co-Founder of Beacon Pointe Advisors, one of the largest RIAs in the country with more than $62 billion in assets under advisement, joined the board as both a CogniCor customer and RIA operator.
Board chaired by Haven Tower and Ascentix Partners executive
Joseph Kuo, CEO of Haven Tower and Co-Founder of Ascentix Partners, chairs the newly expanded board. Additional members include Matthew Incitti of Hamilton Point Investments, Louis Diamond of Diamond Consultants, Allison Couch Pratt of Anchor Point Strategies, Jim Roth of Ascentix Partners, and Douglas Wilber of SixThirty Ventures, a fund that has invested in CogniCor.
CEO says AI in wealth management is shifting from productivity tools to enterprise intelligence
Dr. Sindhu Joseph, CogniCor's CEO and Co-Founder, said the next opportunity for the industry lies in linking data across the household, the advisor's book of business and the firm to drive advisor capacity and organic growth, rather than relying on standalone AI productivity tools.
Plancorp study found 700 hours of advisor capacity freed in 28 days
A case study published earlier this year with Plancorp Wealth Management measured the impact of CogniCor's Advisor Copilot across more than 60 client-facing employees. Over a 28-day period, the platform freed more than 700 hours of advisor and staff time across 17 efficiency measures, including meeting preparation, follow-up and identification of client service opportunities.
CogniCor's Embedded Advisor Copilot integrates with existing CRM systems, financial planning tools, portfolio reporting, custodians and document vaults, targeting multi-advisor RIAs managing $2 billion or more in assets. The expanded board will work with CogniCor's leadership as the company deepens relationships across the RIA market and builds out intelligence infrastructure for AI-native wealth management.
