MacroHealth Names Erica Tingley as Chief Financial Officer
Kirkland – September 13, 2026 -- MacroHealth, a marketplace platform connecting healthcare payers and plan administrators with vendor partners, has appointed Erica Tingley as Chief Financial Officer to oversee financial and operational scaling as the company expands its service categories.
Tingley brings 25 years of healthcare finance experience to the CFO role
Tingley's background spans investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and operations. She most recently served as President and CFO of Knowtion Health, a revenue cycle management partner to health systems, where she managed both financial strategy and solution delivery. Before that role, she was COO and CFO of Bluesight, where she worked on driving consistent, profitable growth. Earlier in her career, she held positions at The Advisory Board Company and Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
