Bladex Raises MXN 5.0 Billion in Oversubscribed Mexican Notes

Panama City – September 11, 2026 -- Bladex, Inc. (NYSE: BLX) placed MXN 5.0 billion in long-term Mexican notes (Cebures) in Mexico's public debt market, drawing orders of MXN 7.779 billion, 1.56 times the amount offered, and allowing the bank to fill its full authorized issuance.

Three-year floating-rate notes price at TIIE de Fondeo plus 58 basis points

The notes carry a three-year maturity and float against Mexico's one-business-day Interbank Equilibrium Interest Rate (TIIE de Fondeo), plus a spread of 58 basis points.

S&P and Fitch assign top local ratings ahead of pricing

S&P Global Ratings, S.A. de C.V. assigned the issuance a local rating of "mxAAA," while Fitch México, S.A. de C.V. rated it "AAA(mex)," the highest local scores available in the market.
