Quebec City – October 16, 2026 -- Devonian Health Group Inc. (TSXV: GSD; OTCQB: DVHGF) has not set a revised trading start date or closing date for its planned U.S. initial public offering on the NYSE American, according to its third update on the process since July 27, 2026.
Devonian keeps ThinkEquity on the NYSE American IPO preparations
The company said it continues to work with ThinkEquity on the steps needed to complete the offering and list its common shares and warrants on the NYSE American. The proposed ticker symbols are "DHGR" for the shares and "DHGR WS" for the warrants.
The latest statement follows earlier updates dated August 18, 2026, and September 11, 2026. Devonian said it will announce the revised trading and closing dates by press release once they are determined.
