SELB, Germany – October 30, 2026 -- ZKONG has equipped the refurbished hagebaumarkt store in Selb, Germany, with electronic shelf labels (ESLs) covering a range of more than 50,000 SKUs, extending its footprint in European home improvement retail.
hagebaumarkt Selb reopens after four-month refurbishment with ESLs built in from the start
The store spans around 7,000 square meters and reopened after approximately four months of refurbishment. ESL technology was part of the refurbishment plan from the outset, with the aim of faster price updates and more accurate information across the store. The breadth and diversity of the product range make manual price verification and label maintenance particularly demanding.
