Monroe, Ohio – September 15, 2026 -- CSafe, a provider of temperature-controlled shipping solutions for the life sciences industry, has appointed Will Romanowicz as Chief Legal Officer, effective September 9, 2026.
Romanowicz Brings Decade-Plus of Regulated-Industry Legal Experience
Romanowicz joins with more than ten years of legal, governance, and commercial leadership across FDA-regulated sectors, including biotech, agribusiness, SaaS, food & beverage, and supplements. He has worked with both large global public companies and late-stage startups.
Most recently, he held a combined legal and commercial role leading a cross-functional team responsible for legal affairs, government affairs, and external communications. Earlier in his career, he practiced corporate law, advising companies on governance, restructuring, and complex transactions.
New CLO Will Oversee Global Legal Function From Ohio Headquarters
Based at CSafe's corporate office in Monroe, Ohio, Romanowicz will lead the Company's global legal function, overseeing corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management as CSafe scales operations.
CEO Patrick Schafer said Romanowicz's legal and commercial experience across highly regulated industries makes him a strong addition to the leadership team, and that his expertise will strengthen governance and compliance as the Company grows globally.
