SHERIDAN, WYOMING – June 24, 2025 – Dentsply Sirona has announced a major upgrade to its Primeprint Solution, enhancing 3D printing speeds and introducing the fully autonomous Primeprint Nitrogenerator to streamline post-processing workflows for dental labs and practices. These innovations are designed to improve throughput, reduce manual tasks, and reinforce the company's commitment to Connected Dentistry.
Faster Splint Manufacturing Enhances Efficiency
The upgraded Primeprint delivers twice the speed for splint production, notably impacting applications involving Primeprint Splint, Primeprint Splint SF, Primeprint Splint ST, as well as Model and Tray applications. Nightguards, for example, can now be produced in approximately 14 minutes, significantly reducing turnaround times.
This speed boost is available for systems using inLab CAM connected to DS Core, Dentsply Sirona’s cloud-based platform for digital dentistry. The result is a streamlined manufacturing process that helps practices and labs meet higher demand with greater agility.
Automated Nitrogen Supply for Streamlined Post-Processing
The company also introduced the Primeprint Nitrogenerator, a fully autonomous nitrogen supply designed for the Primeprint Post Processing Unit. Replacing conventional nitrogen bottle handling, the Nitrogenerator reduces maintenance tasks and ensures uninterrupted workflow.
