PHOENIX – – November 05, 2026 -- Dircks Moving & Logistics has leased 337,897 square feet of industrial space at 7210 W. Van Buren Street in Phoenix, lifting its total Phoenix industrial footprint above 1 million square feet.
Tenant-only advisory firm Keyser represented Dircks in the deal, which was finalized in October 2026. The lease is scheduled to commence in the first quarter of 2027.
Keyser fields three-person team for Dircks deal
Jonathan Keyser, Managing Partner, Ryan Steele, Partner and Industrial Practice Group Leader, and Dimitri Anagnostopoulos, Industrial Commercial Real Estate Advocate, represented Dircks. Matt Dircks, President and CEO of Dircks Moving & Logistics, said the company seeks industry-leading partners as it grows and credited Keyser's team with support throughout the process.
Supply influx shifts leverage to tenants in Southwest Valley
The lease comes as Phoenix's Southwest Valley industrial market absorbs an influx of new construction and available inventory. Elevated supply has created a more competitive leasing environment and given tenants more leverage in negotiations, according to Keyser.
Steele said landlords are competing more aggressively. In his words, companies that approach the market with the right strategy can achieve "more favorable lease terms and greater flexibility."
Steele described the current market as a window for companies weighing expansion, relocation or lease restructuring to reassess their real estate strategies. He said Arizona's long-term economic fundamentals remain strong.
Steele also called Dircks' passage of the 1 million-square-foot mark a reflection of continued business confidence in the Phoenix market.
