The franchise won Gold in Web Marketing/Advertising for its Agent Directory. The platform is integrated with TravelLeaders.com and optimized for both traditional and AI-powered search. It is designed to help advisors improve online visibility and connect with high-intent travelers.
A second Gold, in Business Strategy, went to its destination certification programs covering Alaska, the Caribbean and Hawaii.
The third Gold, in the Training Program category, recognizes Dream Vacations as the first CLIA Premier Agency Member to earn CLIA elective credits for its franchise training program. The credits create a pathway for advisors pursuing professional certification.
AI integration and Travel Book Club earn two Silver awards
Silver in Travel Agent Innovation covers the company's use of artificial intelligence across marketing, advisor education, search visibility and business operations. The stated aim is to help advisors save time and raise efficiency.
Silver in Virtual Experiences/Events went to Travel Book Club, which combines destination storytelling, cultural exploration and community engagement to broaden advisors' travel knowledge.
