Miami – November 06, 2026 -- Enseo launched a Managed Services portal at The Hospitality Show that consolidates real-time technology monitoring, operational analytics and guest engagement data for individual hotel properties and entire portfolios.
Portal combines in-room entertainment, WiFi and billing data in a single view
Hoteliers can monitor in-room entertainment and WiFi performance, track support activity, access billing information and analyze trends in guest engagement and revenue from one centralized portal. Enseo says the aim is to help operators identify potential issues earlier and find opportunities to improve both the guest experience and financial performance.
Managed Services extends the SITE product's 3-D hotel model to portfolio-level analytics
The portal builds on Enseo's proprietary SITE® product, which continuously monitors technology performance through a 3-D model of each hotel. The new layer adds real-time analytics at the property and portfolio levels. Operators can evaluate current performance, identify recurring issues and use historical data to guide future decisions.
Enseo executives cite disconnected hotel systems as the problem
Chief Operating Officer Kevin Sweeney said operators often rely on multiple disconnected systems to understand how hotel technology performs. Managed Services brings technology health, service activity and guest engagement together in one place, so that "operators stop chasing data and start making the decisions that move the property forward."
Chief Executive Officer Brian Gurley said the portal turns data from technology performance, guest engagement and revenue into actionable business intelligence for customers.
