Austin, Texas – October 07, 2026 -- Enverus has launched Runsheet Assistant, a new AI capability within Enverus Courthouse that lets land, title, and legal teams analyze an entire chain of title in a single query, cutting runsheet analysis time by up to 75% depending on the task.
Teams move from document-by-document review to querying entire filing sets at once
Title work has traditionally required reviewing documents one at a time, even with digital courthouse access, forcing professionals to open, read, and cross-reference dozens or hundreds of filings to establish a single ownership position. Runsheet Assistant replaces that manual process by letting users query a full document set simultaneously, identifying relationships across filings and reconstructing chains of title in minutes.
Tool operates directly on 350 million Enverus Courthouse records, skipping document assembly
Unlike competing solutions that require users to gather and upload documents, Runsheet Assistant runs directly on Enverus Courthouse data, which includes more than 350 million records collected from county courthouses across key producing regions. That structural advantage removes the document-assembly step and lets users move straight from search to analysis.
Customers report faster seller verification and tighter tract-level searches
Joshua Strange, chief operating officer at Wing Resources, an Enverus customer, said the platform allows searches for all documents tied to a specific section of land rather than indexing a name across an entire county. He said this has reduced time spent verifying basic information when first contacting sellers.
Enverus positions the launch as a shift from data access to workflow automation
Silas Martin, VP and GM of Land Products at Enverus, said land workflows remain largely manual and fragmented, and that the new capability lets customers move through courthouse data at scale rather than simply accessing it. Capabilities include generating chains of title and ownership history across 100 or more documents in a single analysis, tracing title changes over time, surfacing restrictions on an asset before bidding, and identifying ownership gaps during pre-acquisition and legal diligence.
