Newark, Del. – September 16, 2026 -- Xanh Entertainment Inc. is pursuing a $2.5 million seed funding round to scale EscapeSquid, its platform linking virtual stationary cycling with fitness studios, local events and destination travel.

Xanh Entertainment targets $2.5 million to build fitness-to-travel infrastructure

John Phung, Founder and CEO of Xanh Entertainment Inc., said the proposed seed round is intended to fund technology development and partnerships across fitness, hospitality and travel sectors. The capital would support a model designed to move participants from at-home virtual rides into studio classes, local experiences, regional events and destination travel.

Platform structure links five stages from virtual ride to destination trip

The company describes a progression: Virtual Participation, Studio Classes, Local Experiences, Regional Events, and Destination Travel. Fitness studios would participate through classes and events, while hotels, restaurants, attractions and tour operators would be incorporated as destination partners reaching both residents and travelers.

Seven U.S. cities named as initial rollout markets

As part of its planned market rollout, EscapeSquid intends to host kickoff dinners and fitness evening events, with details expected later in 2026. Initial markets identified include Nashville, Portland, Anaheim, Dallas, Philadelphia, Chicago and New York City.

Seed capital earmarked for technology expansion and partnership network

The company plans to allocate the $2.5 million toward expanding its technology, growing fitness and studio partnerships, building a hospitality and travel network, and launching local and destination events across the selected U.S. markets.
