Eve Air Mobility Hits 50 Test Flights With eVTOL Prototype

GAVIÃO PEIXOTO, Brazil – October 31, 2026 -- Eve Air Mobility (NYSE: EVEX; B3: EVEB31) has completed 50 successful test flights with its full-scale engineering prototype, logging more than two hours of total flight time since the aircraft first flew on Dec. 19, 2025.

Six conforming prototypes planned for ANAC certification campaign

Eve expects to begin producing its conforming prototypes this year. The company is working toward a total of six, which will be used in the certification flight test campaign with Brazil's civil aviation authority, ANAC. Data from the engineering prototype feeds directly into the design of these aircraft and the eventual commercial eVTOL.

Flight envelope expansion moves toward full transition flights later this year

With 50 flights logged, Eve is expanding its flight envelope evaluations. The program is gradually increasing forward speed and assessing energy management, controllability and stability, and noise and vibration. Full transition flights are scheduled for later this year.

Embraer-derived methodology bundles aircraft and ecosystem development

Eve says its development process follows the Embraer methodology. This integrates aircraft development with solutions for operators, cities, vertiports and air navigation providers preparing for urban aviation.

CEO Johann Bordais called the 50-flight mark "more than a technical milestone." He said Eve intends to supply the eVTOL as well as aftermarket services and operational and airspace solutions that customers and cities will need to deploy urban air mobility at scale.
