Shanghai – September 15, 2026 -- The FHC Shanghai Global Food Trade Show will run November 10-12, 2026 at the Shanghai New International Expo Center, drawing more than 3,000 international exhibitors and over 180,000 trade visitors across 200,000 square meters of floor space, organizers said.

Show spans 15 core food and beverage segments for one-stop sourcing

The event will host over 50 international pavilions and 500 overseas exhibitors, covering 15 product categories including meat, seafood, dairy, confectionery, foodservice supply, spices, coffee and tea, bakery, food processing and packaging, ready meals, canned goods, machinery, hotpot ingredients, infant nutrition, and food-and-medicine crossover products. Organizers say buyers can complete cross-category supplier comparisons within three days.

European Union returns as honored guest region with 220-plus specialty products

The EU will present more than 220 products carrying protected geographical indication (PGI) status or organic certification, sourced from all 27 member states, alongside product demonstrations and cooking presentations.

Hosted-Buyer Program offers vetted importers pre-arranged matching and VIP access

Qualified international importers, distributors and retail decision-makers who pass a screening process will receive pre-event matchmaking appointments and dedicated negotiation spaces. Approved participants gain accommodation during the show, shuttle service and VIP lounge access, aimed at facilitating cross-border B2B deals between Chinese exhibitors and overseas buyers.

Competitions and ten-plus forums to run alongside seven concurrent trade shows

On-site competitions include the 27th FHC China International Culinary Arts Competition and the Shanghai regional round of the China Latte Art Championship. More than ten industry forums will address meat, snacks, e-commerce, take-away, Chinese cuisine globalization, and cocoa and chocolate topics. Seven parallel exhibitions at the same venue will cover wine and spirits, franchising, canning machinery, the Salon du Chocolat, fruit and vegetables, gifts, and PGI agricultural brands, allowing visitors to attend all events in a single trip.
