Boynton Beach, Fla. – September 12, 2026 -- The Inner Circle has named Neil H. Fishman, CPA, CFE, a Pinnacle Professional Member within its Inner Circle of Excellence, citing more than three decades of tax, finance and business advisory work at Fishman Associates CPAs.
Fishman built his practice after joining his father's firm in 1989
Fishman assumed control of the New York- and Florida-licensed firm in 2001, following 12 years at the practice founded by his father, Manuel. The firm provides tax preparation, accounting and financial consulting services to individuals, entrepreneurs and corporations.
Accounting Today named Fishman among its Top 100 Most Influential People three times
The trade publication recognized Fishman in 2019, 2024 and 2025. Forbes Magazine named him one of the top CPAs in Florida in 2026, while the International Association of Top Professionals awarded him a Lifetime Achievement Award in 2025.
Fishman currently serves as president of the National Conference of CPA Practitioners
He previously held the same role from November 2018 to October 2020 and received NCCPAP's Gold Award for service to the profession in 2022. Fishman also represents NCCPAP to the IRS National Public Liaison Office and served on the IRS Advisory Council from 2015 to 2017, focusing on identity-theft issues.
Fishman holds memberships with the New York State Society of CPAs, the Florida Institute of CPAs, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists and the Forensic CPA Society. He graduated from the State University of New York at Oneonta.
