FORT MILL – November 05, 2026 -- Flyte Aviation, Inc. (NYSE: VJET) has launched Flyte Club, a prepaid private aviation program that gives customers up to 30% off the company's applicable one-way retail rate in exchange for buying 10, 20 or 30 flights upfront.
Three tiers set discounts at 10%, 20% and 30%
A 10-trip package cuts the price of each covered flight by 10%, a 20-trip package by 20% and a 30-trip package by 30%. One credit covers one one-way flight for the member's entire party on an eligible route, and a round trip uses two credits. Each departure remains subject to availability and confirmation.
Flyte's worked example uses a route with a $4,900 one-way retail rate. The 10-trip package works out to $4,410 per flight, the 20-trip package to $3,920 and the 30-trip package to $3,430. At the top tier, a customer pays $102,900 for flights with a combined retail value of $147,000, a saving of $44,100.
Fixed route pricing targets the hourly jet card model
Flyte contrasts the program with industry-standard hourly jet cards, where buyers must convert purchased hours into an estimated number of flights. Flyte Club states the number of flights at purchase, and ordinary variations in flight time do not change the contracted route price. Under Flyte's example, a family buying 20 credits for a route covered in both directions can budget for ten round trips at a known price per trip.
The company also positions the product against fractional ownership. Members buy transportation directly, so they commit no capital to an aircraft share, take on no ownership administration and carry no resale risk on that share.
Prepayment brings cash forward and shows repeat demand
Flyte Club is designed to collect cash at purchase, ahead of the flights a package covers. Each package also shows where a customer expects to travel again. As members request dates, Flyte can use that information to plan aircraft and crew positioning around recurring demand. The company aims to increase repeat bookings, improve utilization of its Cirrus Vision Jet fleet and make it easier for customers to renew the routes they use most.
Single-account booking remains on the technology roadmap
Flyte plans to connect its website, web app and mobile app so members can compare packages, see per-trip prices and dollar savings, buy credits and request flights from one account. Planned features include saved routes and travelers, a distinction between pending requests and confirmed reservations, and a running count of remaining trips. These features are part of the roadmap and are not yet delivered.
Flyte's operated charter services run through Ponderosa Air, LLC, an FAA-certified Part 135 air carrier. The company says actual results on cash collections, repeat bookings and aircraft utilization may differ materially, citing customer demand, aircraft and crew availability and technology development timelines.
