New York – October 15, 2026 -- Genpact (NYSE: G) has declared a cash dividend of $0.1875 per common share for the fourth quarter of 2026, the company's board of directors announced.
Genpact sets December 10 record date and December 23 payment date
The dividend is payable on December 23, 2026 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 10, 2026.
Board retains discretion over future Genpact dividends
Genpact stated that the declaration of any future dividends will be at the board's discretion. The company described its intention to pay dividends from time to time as a forward-looking statement under the safe harbor provisions of the U.S. Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995.
Genpact listed several factors that could cause actual outcomes to differ from that intention. They include its cash flows from operations, macroeconomic uncertainty, and U.S. and global trade and tariff policies. Others include inflationary pressures and its ability to share increased costs with clients, wage increases in its operating locations, and its ability to compete as it incorporates generative and agentic AI into its services. Changes in tax rates and tax legislation, geopolitical conflicts, and claims and lawsuits also appear on the list.
The company referred investors to its most recent Annual Report on Form 10-K and other SEC filings for further risk factors.
