Genpact Names Sumita Pandit CFO, Succeeding Michael Weiner

New York – September 11, 2026 -- Genpact (NYSE: G) has appointed Sumita Pandit as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective September 9, 2026, placing a 25-year finance and capital markets veteran at the helm of its balance sheet as the company pushes its Agentic Operations strategy.

Pandit succeeds Michael Weiner, who exits after five years as CFO

Pandit takes over from Michael Weiner, who has held the CFO post since 2021 and will remain with Genpact as an advisor through the end of Q1 2027 to support the transition. She will report directly to President and CEO Balkrishan 'BK' Kalra and join the Genpact Leadership Council.

Kalra credited Weiner with strengthening Genpact's financial foundation over the past five years and positioning the company for its next growth phase.

New CFO brings dLocal IPO and Radian Group leadership experience

Pandit most recently served as President and Chief Financial Officer of Radian Group, where she ran the company's mortgage insurance business alongside its finance organization. Before Radian, she was Chief Operating Officer of global payments company dLocal, guiding it through its initial public offering.

Earlier in her career, Pandit was Managing Director and Global Head of Fintech Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan, following an earlier tenure at Goldman Sachs. Kalra said her background combines finance leadership in rapidly scaling companies with deep operations and capital markets expertise relevant to Genpact's strategy.

"Genpact sits at a rare intersection with decades of deep domain knowledge, a real understanding of enterprise operations, and the technology to fundamentally reimagine work," Pandit said, adding that she intends to scale the company's next phase through agentic intelligence.
