Globant Adds Glob.AI OS to Route 320+ Models Under One Governance Layer

NEW YORK – October 28, 2026 -- Globant (NYSE: GLOB) has expanded its Glob.AI platform with Glob.AI OS, a governance layer that routes enterprise AI requests across 320+ models from 25+ providers and ties each call to identity, cost and policy.

Glob.AI is Globant's AI-Native Services Platform, under which clients pay for outcomes or consumption rather than hours or seats. Globant says AI-Native Services engagements have delivered up to 7x faster legacy modernization and 3x faster product discovery.

Four hubs handle model routing, data context, agent testing and spend control

Globant describes Glob.AI OS as the governed foundation under every AI call. It supports identity, agent lifecycle management, cost visibility and auditability through four components:

  • Intelligence Hub: connects open source and closed models and routes each task to the most cost-efficient option, optimizing token consumption.
  • Corporate Hub: links AI to company data, systems, identity and industry knowledge, so context is not rebuilt for each new project.
  • Agentic Hub: refines and tests agentic solutions before deployment and orchestrates their execution with runtime governance.
  • Token Vault: sets budgets, attributes costs, keeps an auditable record of AI activity and shows in real time where spending lands.
Glob.AI OS runs as SaaS or in the client's own cloud

Deployment is either SaaS or inside the client's cloud. Access is through chat, web, desktop, command-line interfaces or headlessly via MCP. Globant states that client data stays with the client and never trains anyone's model.

Glob.AI Apps put the layer into daily use. Staff can get answers, delegate tasks, build software with any coding agent and use agentic solutions from Globant and its partners. Teams can scope and run AI Pods from the same place.

AI Pods pair agents with expert supervisors on the same governance stack

AI Pods are human-supervised delivery units that combine documented workflows, AI agents and Globant experts, including Forward Deployed Engineers. Agents take on execution-intensive tasks, while experts supervise outputs and remain accountable for delivery. Each Pod targets one business challenge, from software development and testing to application modernization and ongoing operations. Every Pod runs on Glob.AI OS and inherits the organization's governance, security and institutional knowledge.

Sarab Narang, CEO of Glob.AI, said the model lets large organizations put AI in the hands of many teams and agents while keeping one clear answer on who used it, on what data, at what cost and under which policy.

Fortune 500 clients report gains of 20% to 15x across four deployments

Globant says AI Pods are already in use at several Fortune 500 organizations in media, entertainment, professional services and finance. Reported results:

  • FIFA: 20% higher throughput efficiency, with quality rates maintained or improved.
  • YPF: contract timelines cut by up to 40%.
  • PharmaMar: oncology research insights delivered 15x faster.
  • A leading commercial bank: COBOL migration completed in two months against 14 months projected under a traditional approach.

Globant is offering early access to the platform.
