Gnani AI Expands Ascent Partner Program to GCC Contact Centers

Dubai – October 06, 2026 -- Gnani AI has expanded its Ascent partner program into the Middle East, bringing a Conversation AI suite that already handles more than 50 million calls daily across 200-plus global enterprises to GCC contact centers.

Three regional partners anchor the Middle East rollout

Rise, a National Holding Group company, along with iSteer and Gibraltar Technologies have joined Ascent to deploy Gnani AI's Voice AI, Agent Assist and AQM/Speech Analytics tools with Arabic language fine-tuning and resident deployment options for regulated clients. Gnani AI said it has already onboarded multiple banking and insurance customers in the UAE in recent months for Conversation AI-led digital transformation.

Global partner count surpasses 25 within weeks

Beyond the Middle East, Ascent has signed more than 25 partners since launch, including Hexaware, Intel, Cisco, Fortanix, Vymo, Melento and FCI. The program is structured around joint solutioning, implementation, platform integration, embedded AI and go-to-market collaboration, giving partners a route to monetize deployments alongside Gnani AI.

Regional expansion builds on a sovereign AI stack unveiled in New Delhi

The Middle East launch extends a sovereign AI architecture unveiled on August 28, 2026, in New Delhi by India's Vice-President, Shri C. P. Radhakrishnan. That architecture includes Gnani AI's Evon, Timbre, Prisma and Warp language and speech models, paired with its Plexus agentic and conversation AI platform, now being fine-tuned for Arabic and offered with data residency and auditability for government and regulated-sector workloads.

Platform already runs at scale across 22-plus languages

Gnani AI's technology is in production across banking, insurance and government sectors, processing over 50 million calls per day in more than 22 languages for over 200 enterprises globally. The company positions this operational base as the foundation for GCC deployments, where compliance requirements in banking, insurance, healthcare and government have made direct integration into existing CCaaS/CPaaS platforms a prerequisite for adoption.

"Ascent brings the ecosystem together around enterprise outcomes – from models and infrastructure to integration and implementation," said Ganesh Gopalan, Co-Founder and CEO of Gnani AI. Rise's Omar Alomari said the partnership combines Gnani AI's agentic capabilities with Rise's go-to-market reach, while Fortanix and iSteer executives cited data protection and system integration as their respective contributions to the deployment model.
