Greeneye Opens North American HQ in Kansas After 500,000-Acre Season

Salina, Kansas – October 13, 2026 -- Greeneye Technology is establishing its North American headquarters in Salina, Kansas, after its machines sprayed more than 500,000 acres across 12 U.S. states in the 2026 season with weed detection accuracy above 98%.

The company's dual-line design delivered average non-residual herbicide savings of 81%. Greeneye estimates that equals six million gallons of chemical saved across field operations.

Greeneye's system now covers eight crop types, with four more due in 2027

The platform supports corn, soybeans, cotton, edible beans, wheat, barley, triticale and sorghum. Oats, sugar beets, peanuts and canola are slated for introduction in 2027. Greeneye also expanded its channel sales network with new dealer partners and says more will follow in the coming months.

Salina site offers grower proximity, test land and university talent

The headquarters will increase capacity to serve the North American customer base, expand the team and advance the technical roadmap. Greeneye cited proximity to growers, access to land for product development testing, transportation routes and nearby university talent as selection factors. A coalition of civic, economic development and business leaders backed the decision.

The company plans to begin hiring immediately. Keith Crow, General Manager for North America, said Greeneye will also explore opportunities to work with Kansas State University and the wider academic community.

Retrofit design lets growers adopt targeted spraying on existing sprayers

The system uses computer vision and machine learning to identify weeds and apply non-residual herbicide only where needed. Its dual-tank, dual-line configuration lets operators broadcast residual herbicides and target non-residual herbicides in the same pass. It can be installed on existing commercial sprayers, so growers do not need to replace equipment.

CEO and Co-Founder Nadav Bocher said growers are increasingly asking how to add targeted spraying rather than whether to do so, calling the moment right to expand the North American presence.

An official ribbon-cutting ceremony and facility visit are scheduled for early next year.
