Las Vegas – October 29, 2026 -- Guidewire (NYSE: GWRE) named Beazley, Definity and RCIS winners of its 2026 Innovation Awards at its Connections conference. The wins include Beazley's consolidation of more than 200 marketable products and Definity's first production agentic AI tool for claims intake.
Beazley consolidates 200-plus products on a Guidewire Cloud platform
Lloyd's syndicate and global specialty insurer Beazley implemented Guidewire PolicyCenter and BillingCenter with Capgemini. The European solution was delivered in approximately eight months.
The program rationalized more than 200 marketable products into a condensed, streamlined set, which cut complexity and improved speed to market. Capgemini's AI-enabled delivery model and Guidewire's Advanced Product Designer (APD) established a repeatable "Product Factory" approach for rapid development.
Guidewire Integration Gateway links Beazley's digital and broker platforms to core underwriting through API and event-driven integration. It supports broker submissions, customer and account data, and policy servicing, and underpins Beazley's move toward AI-enabled underwriting.
Definity puts agentic AI into production for broker first-notice-of-loss intake
Definity launched its first production agentic AI solution to manage and triage broker First Notice of Loss (FNOL) intake. The tool replaces manual data re-keying with structured draft claims generated directly in Guidewire ClaimCenter for an adjuster to review.
Built with Deloitte, the system uses a network of AI agents to classify submissions, extract and reason over information, and execute workflows. It gives a governed, traceable path from AI processing to claims operations, with adjusters kept in the loop. Definity plans to extend the foundation to reusable, governed agentic AI capabilities across its claims lifecycle.
RCIS migrates crop insurance operations to Guidewire Cloud with PwC
RCIS worked with PwC to move from a legacy environment to a unified platform built on Guidewire InsuranceSuite, the Jutro Digital Platform and Guidewire Cloud Platform. The team used APD and AI-first engineering to accelerate delivery of a customized crop insurance solution.
The scope covers complex legacy data migration, integrated geospatial Farm Maps, automated Risk Management Agency (RMA) regulatory reporting and streamlined core operations. RCIS kept the business running through critical seasonal agricultural cycles.
RCIS is one of only 12 Approved Insurance Providers in the Federal Crop Insurance Program. It is the only one offering coverage in all 50 U.S. states, through a national network of more than 3,700 agents.
Guidewire CMO Brian Desmond said the winners applied AI to the work that runs their business and have measurable results to show for it. "Agentic insurance is where the industry is heading," he said, describing AI agents that execute work within controls the insurer sets.
