Hatz AI Adds Shared Spaces Workspace for MSPs at No Extra Cost

NEW YORK – November 04, 2026 -- Hatz AI is including its new Hatz Spaces collaborative workspace in existing Hatz packages at no additional cost, removing a pricing barrier for MSPs rolling out shared AI tools to small and midsize business clients.

Spaces bundles files, chats and tools into one shared workspace

Each Space keeps instructions, files, memory, chats and connected tools together, so new chats start with context already in place. Users state the outcome they need and return to finished work for review. Artifacts run with live previews, and scheduled runs keep multi-step work moving. Teams can share and pin conversations, branch chats and continue on web or phone.

Customer Spaces separate internal notes from client-visible content

The product targets the MSP delivery model. Customer Spaces keep notes, pricing and plans internal, admins set sharing boundaries, and client access can be removed immediately. High-impact changes require confirmation.

Hatz said most AI use still begins from scratch: chats disappear, setup repeats and results are hard to reuse.

Channel partner points to cross-department adoption

Edward MacMillan, VP of Channel Partnerships at General Informatics, called Spaces "a force multiplier for AI adoption." He said it lets MSPs show clients cross-departmental wins from day one, with adoption driven by people seeing, doing and teaching AI use.

Hatz CEO Jimmy Hatzell said the release equips partners to drive adoption across their clients inside the Hatz platform.
