HG Insights Launches Contextual Intelligence Platform for GTM AI Agents

Santa Barbara -- HG Insights launched its Contextual Intelligence Platform on October 06, 2026, aiming to close what the company calls a context gap causing autonomous AI agents to act on fragmented data in go-to-market operations.

Fragmented data causes AI agents to misread accounts and intent signals

HG Insights said most AI agents in GTM rely on isolated internal and commodity datasets lacking entity resolution. A single company can appear as multiple accounts, causing a subsidiary's spend to be missed or double-counted under the wrong parent. An intent signal from an existing customer can be misflagged as new business rather than expansion, while signals from competitive accounts may be wrongly pursued as winnable.

Platform connects technology, spend, and intent data to account hierarchies

The Contextual Intelligence Platform links technology installations, usage, spending, buyer intent, buying centers, and contacts to an account and its corporate hierarchy, tracking changes over time. Fabric, the platform's data foundation, has expanded coverage to include funding and M&A intelligence, automatic hierarchy updates, and a new Momentum signal showing whether a vendor, portfolio, or product is gaining or losing ground.

HG Agents complete account research briefs in 90 seconds

HG Agents automate tasks including expansion sizing, territory coverage, account research, and outreach drafting. A new HGSuperagent selects specialist agents and cite-sources every claim; an account research brief can return more than 30 data points within 90 seconds. The agents are accessible via Slack, Microsoft Teams, the HG interface, or embedded applications using the Model Context Protocol.

HG MCP Server links customer AI agents to TrustRadius, SEC, and federal contract data

The HG MCP Server gives customers' AI agents direct access to HG's intelligence without separate data infrastructure, through one governed connection spanning market, account, and buyer intelligence alongside TrustRadius product reviews, SEC filings, and federal contract data. Customer Voice, powered by TrustRadius, feeds the platform with buyer-intent signals from a community of more than 12 million technology buyers.

Platform integrates with AWS Marketplace, OpenAI, Anthropic, and Microsoft

Fabric, HG Copilots, and HG MCP Server are available through AWS Marketplace, allowing eligible customers to apply existing cloud commitments toward HG Insights. The MCP Server also connects into Amazon Quick, Anthropic, OpenAI, and Microsoft, letting teams keep a consistent intelligence layer across different AI platforms and interfaces.

Rohini Kasturi, CEO of HG Insights, said vendors that sell disconnected data and call it intelligence are being replaced by an intelligence layer built for autonomous, agentic GTM.

Pricing starts at $22,000 under a consumption-based credit model

The platform, including Fabric, HG Copilots, HG Agents, and the HG MCP Server, became available October 06, 2026, priced on a consumption-based model using Intelligence Credits. HG Copilot modules start at $22,000, with additional packages sized for enterprise needs.
