Hilltop manages 13,727 owned units across 10 southeastern markets
Hilltop owns 13,727 multifamily units with $3.1 billion in gross asset value across 10 major markets in the southeastern United States. Its Strategic Partnership platform also manages 2,223 units for third-party owners.

Founding partners tie culture to business performance
Greg Finch, Founding Partner, said the recognition carries weight because it is "based on feedback from our own employees."
