Winnemucca, Nev. – September 15, 2026 -- Hycroft Mining Holding Corporation (Nasdaq: HYMC) reported drill hole H26D-6090 returned 30.5 meters grading 780.53 g/t silver and 0.49 g/t gold at its Vortex zone in Nevada, among the strongest intercepts yet from its 2025-2026 Exploration Drill Program.
Vortex hole delivers bonanza-grade silver core over 11.2 meters
Within the 30.5-meter intercept, H26D-6090 included 11.2 meters at 1,664.80 g/t silver and 0.85 g/t gold, and a narrower 5.5-meter section grading 2,249.39 g/t silver and 1.01 g/t gold. A second hole, H26D-6166, returned 20.0 meters at 460.82 g/t silver and 0.32 g/t gold, including 1.6 meters at 2,650.00 g/t silver. Both holes were drilled to connect 2025 step-out results — H25D-6070 and H25D-6072 — to the main Vortex trend, which the company says remains open to the west, at depth, and along the Central and Albert feeder faults.
New high-grade gold zone emerges above the silver system
Hole H26D-6172 intersected 6.1 meters at 21.12 g/t gold, including 1.5 meters at 43.00 g/t gold, positioned higher in the Vortex structure than the primary silver mineralization. The same hole also hit four separate silver intervals in the footwall of the Break fault, ranging from 112.91 g/t to 177.97 g/t silver across widths of 11.1 to 23.0 meters, confirming vertical continuity on the northern flank. Hycroft plans follow-up drilling to determine whether the gold intercept represents a distinct mineralized system.
Brimstone zone extends north with 4,074 g/t silver interval
At the Brimstone target, hole H26D-6167A intersected a 30-meter silicified breccia hosting 5.5 meters at 1,345.27 g/t silver and 0.56 g/t gold, including 1.8 meters at 4,074.00 g/t silver and 1.43 g/t gold. The result extends high-grade mineralization north of previously defined zones and has prompted additional follow-up drilling.
