Hyperstar AI Ranks Influencers by Sales, Books 95% of 2026 Target

Seoul – November 06, 2026 -- Hyperstar, a Korean creator-marketing startup, has secured 95% of its $1 million revenue target for this year (about 1.4 billion won) through contracts. The company has also launched an AI agent that selects influencers by actual sales rather than follower counts.

Account with 235,000 followers outsold one with 797,000 by 35 times

On the Hyperstar platform, an account with 235,000 followers generated 35 times the sales of an account with 797,000 followers. The company ranks creators by actual sales, active follower ratio and sales history. Selection, outreach, contracting, campaign operation and performance verification run in a single flow.

The rankings use real brand order data. Hyperstar connects orders from eight sales channels, including Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, Coupang and Naver Shopping, and tracks revenue post by post. Its database covers 10 million creators across 133 countries, and the company holds a patent on its sales-based matching method. Users can query the system through Claude or ChatGPT, for example by asking for creators who can sell a product in the U.S., and receive sales-ranked answers.

K-beauty shampoo brand grew U.S. revenue more than tenfold after reselecting creators

The brand connected its Amazon orders and reselected creators based on sales. For K-EXPO Mexico, a government-hosted event held in September, Hyperstar recruited 122 local creators over seven weeks. They generated a cumulative 10.8 million views, and 59 posted proof of on-site visits. The event drew 48,000 visitors over three days. Hyperstar also runs its own beauty brand, LAB09, to test new features and campaign methods.

Hyperstar's revenue passed 1.1 billion won by October, up from $30,000 last year

The company has 19 paying customers. It set up a Singapore entity in January as its first Southeast Asian base. From November it will spend a month in a Plug and Play acceleration program, aiming to serve 10 Singapore brands by the first half of 2027. It plans to extend the approach from beauty to health supplements and the home and pet categories.

Hyperstar hires local staff in the U.S., Europe and Southeast Asia

CEO Euychul Shin expects K-beauty demand to change. "We're moving past the stage where products sell just because they're K-beauty," he said. Local-language explainers will matter more, so the company builds strategies market by market.

Shin sold his first company, which he co-founded, to a KOSDAQ-listed firm in 2023 and then ran creator campaigns there for two years. He argues that SaaS alone will struggle, because brand managers prefer answers inside the AI tools they already use. Hyperstar is a resident of SVC Seoul, whose global expansion program funded trips to Los Angeles, Mexico and Paris to meet brands and creators.
