IDX Grows Headcount 20%, Adds 5 Offices, Plans 250 More Hires

London – September 12, 2026 -- Strategic communications agency IDX has increased its global headcount by more than 20% since January, driven by a wave of new client wins in 2026.

IDX adds five new offices and three exchange partnerships in 2026

The agency launched operations in Geneva, Chicago, Cincinnati, Lisbon and Abu Dhabi this year, expanding its physical footprint to support global clients. It also entered new partnerships with the Toronto Stock Exchange, Deutsche Börse, Vienna Stock Exchange, SIX and Bahrain Bourse, giving its teams direct proximity to the markets shaping listed organisations.

New leadership hires reinforce IDX's data-led strategy

Clare Donald has joined as Chief Production Officer, Danny Russell as Chief Customer Officer, and Paul Knight as Senior VP Customer Success. A Chief Creative Officer appointment is expected shortly. The moves follow the opening of a new Data & Insights Centre of Excellence in Geneva earlier this year, aligned with the analytical background of IDX's new CEO.

IDX launches SchemaWrite and Eclipse to address AI-driven search shift

The agency introduced SchemaWrite, a tool built to optimise digital content architecture for search and stakeholder communications, and Eclipse, an always-on branded backup site designed to keep client websites operational. IDX has also begun offering complementary AEO audits as search shifts from traditional SEO toward AI-driven discovery.

Crispin Beale, Worldwide CEO of IDX, said the agency's "Customers First" strategy is resonating with clients seeking integrated, data-led communications tied directly to commercial performance.

IDX plans 250 new hires and Middle East expansion

The agency was named Best Large Agency at the National Digital Awards and recognised among The Sunday Times Best Places to Work. IDX now plans to expand its Middle East presence, add further European locations, and hire a total of 250 new employees globally.
