Intensity Therapeutics Sets Nov. 5 Q3 Earnings Before Market Open

Shelton – October 30, 2026 -- Intensity Therapeutics (Nasdaq: INTS) will report third-quarter 2026 financial results before the market opens on November 5, 2026, with management hosting a live webcast and conference call at 8:00 a.m. Eastern time to review the numbers and give a corporate update.

The quarter covers the period ended September 30, 2026. An archived webcast will be available for replay shortly after the call ends.

Phase 3 sarcoma trial is the late-stage anchor of the pipeline

The late-stage clinical biotech develops intratumoral cancer therapies. Its lead candidate, INT230-6, combines cisplatin and vinblastine sulfate with a penetration enhancer molecule called SHAO, which the company says disperses the drugs throughout tumors. The drug is injected directly into the tumor.

Intensity has completed two clinical studies enrolling more than 200 patients with INT230-6: a Phase 1/2 dose-escalation study in metastatic cancers including sarcomas, and the Phase 2 INVINCIBLE-2 randomized trial in locally advanced breast cancer.

The company has since started INVINCIBLE-3, a Phase 3 trial in soft tissue sarcoma. It tests INT230-6 as second- or third-line monotherapy against standard of care, with overall survival as the endpoint.

Swiss Cancer Institute collaboration extends testing into triple-negative breast cancer

Intensity also launched INVINCIBLE-4, a Phase 2 study run with the Swiss Cancer Institute as part of a Phase 2/3 program. It evaluates INT230-6 followed by standard-of-care immunochemotherapy against standard of care alone in presurgical triple-negative breast cancer. The endpoint is pathologic complete response (pCR).

Funding and listing risks remain on the investor radar

The company's forward-looking statements flag the need to raise additional funding before it can expect revenue from product sales. They also cite the risk that it fails to meet Nasdaq Capital Market continued-listing requirements and faces delisting.
