InventHelp Client Unveils Debris-Resistant Metal Roof Snow Guard

Pittsburgh – October 06, 2026 -- An inventor from Gipsy, Pennsylvania, has developed the TRI GUARD SNOW DEFENDER, a new snow retention system designed for metal roof installations, and submitted the design to InventHelp for licensing or sale.

Inventor targets drainage and debris buildup on metal roofs

The inventor, who works in the metal roofing industry, designed a smart rib structure intended to improve water drainage while preventing leaves, twigs, and other debris from accumulating on roof surfaces. The system is built for both residential and commercial metal roof applications.

Design addresses installation errors linked to roof leaks

Beyond debris management, the invention is engineered to reduce positioning errors during installation, a common cause of roof leaks in snow retention hardware. A clay prototype of the TRI GUARD SNOW DEFENDER has been completed.

InventHelp opens licensing path for manufacturers

The submission was filed through InventHelp's National Sales Office and is now available for licensing or sale to manufacturers and marketers in the roofing and building materials sector.
