iQIYI Launches Global AI Filmmaking Contest With Alibaba's Wan3.0

Beijing – September 15, 2026 -- iQIYI has launched the Global AI Creator Challenge, the first international contest on its professional filmmaking platform NadouPro, partnering with Alibaba's Wan3.0 model to drive end-to-end AI video production.

Contest offers $10,000 prize pool across 156 winners

Themed "Make Ideas Unforgettable," the challenge runs submissions from September 10 to 23, 2026, with judging from September 24 to 30. A total prize pool exceeding USD 10,000 will be split among 156 winners: three Masterpiece Awards, three People's Choice Awards and 150 Active Participation Awards. Winning entries will receive additional promotion from NadouPro and Wan3.0 after judging concludes.

Entry rules mandate heavy reliance on Wan3.0 and NadouPro tools

Submissions must be original videos between 30 seconds and five minutes, with at least 60% of content generated by the Wan3.0 model and 80% produced on the NadouPro platform. Creators are required to publish entries on X, tagging #NadouPro and #wan3 and mentioning @nadou_pro and @Alibaba_Wan, with no restrictions on subject matter.

NadouPro expands language support to serve over 20 countries

The international version of NadouPro now supports English, Korean, Thai and Arabic, extending its reach to creators in more than 20 countries and regions. The platform integrates leading global AI models with proprietary tools spanning script development, asset creation, storyboarding and final production.

Platform rolls out 3D Directing Studio and multi-angle generation tools

Alongside the contest, NadouPro is deploying permanent feature upgrades. A 3D Directing Studio allows creators to stage 3D models and cameras on a timeline to plan complex choreography before final rendering. New 720° panorama and multi-angle image nodes create one-click reference libraries to improve visual and character consistency. A Canvas Agent & Skills Library, described as coming soon, will generate creative plans from a single prompt and automate node-linking based on a specialized skills library.

Wan3.0 model adds multi-modal inputs and pixel-level consistency

Alibaba's Wan3.0 model powers the contest with an Omni-Reference feature supporting multi-modal inputs including images, video, audio clips and documents. It can generate native single-shot videos of 30 seconds while maintaining pixel-level consistency for referenced assets and delivering synchronized audio-visual output. The model also provides instruction- and reference-based editing tools aimed at improving production efficiency for professional creators.
